We recently had our wedding at the Coast Hotel in Kamloops and it was wonderful! The event coordinators I worked with were helpful, attentive, and flexible in putting together all the details of my event. They ran out of the wine I selected so they gave me a more expensive option for no additional charge which was very nice. We had a buffet and they also provided gluten free and allergen aware options for guests that needed it. Overall I was very pleased with how the event turned out and happy to have booked with twelvefifty (Uptown Chefs).

twelvefifty (Uptown Chefs) does a great job for the Business Networking chapter that I am a part of and has lunch at the Coast Hotel and Conference Centre. Every week we get something different and equally delicious including a light dessert.

Rosa displayed great patience, clarity, and flexibility when she aided me in the planning process. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted the proposal event to look like and was unaware of the specifics. Rosa guided me through the process while making me consider details like the colour theme of the celebration. Her flexibility was on full display as she accommodated some last minute changes to the event. The food itself was excellent and paired well with the white wine recommended by our server. My fiancee's experience could be described by the multiple tears of joy she had shed during the event. I am very thankful for all the staff that were involved in creating a space for us to make unforgettable memories.

They did a fabulous job! Everyone was raving about the food, and the staff was super friendly, professional and easy to work with. I was especially impressed by the desserts, I was just expecting some small squares but they had several full cakes which was amazing since we didn't have a wedding cake. They were also great to work with during COVID. We postponed our wedding and had to change the venue and they were totally accommodating and transferred over our deposit no problem. Would recommend!

Our company Christmas party was put on by CATERING twelvefifty (Uptown Chefs). We have always had a great experience with any function we have had with them. Looking forward to the next time.

I've worked with the team on multiple events and weddings this year and their food NEVER disappoints! Especially the last wedding I went to, they had such a delicious spread of a variety of dishes. So yummy! I would highly recommend their services for any event or wedding.
